Love the added pics :) the old tools and equipment they used were just fascinating...Miss Madison...I think you should do a blog entry and write about what fascinated you the most on this trip :) And, feel free to not leave any details out :)

we went to the museum of natural histories and we got to see all this old stuff from the past. then we went to the blue bonnet swamp, we got to see snakes. and other reptiles. then, she told us about this corn snake, and we got to go on a trail and my friend Andre' and Romone saw a snake but Romone lost the snake. then we went inside and me and my teachers took a picture, it was very cool.

My favorite thing about the Rural life museum was the outside bathroom.... (The Outhouse)

My favorite thing about the swamp was the reptiles all over in the exhibits... and I saw the hugest snake ever...

(I typed for her... but mostly word for word!)

Madison...thank you so much for sharing your experiences from the fieldtrip :) I felt like I was there with you all ...and look forward to going someday :) Hoping you will be my guide when I go!!! The outdoor bathroom, that would be my favorite too....Hmmm all those reptiles...I'd like to see them all in cages...but I would probably hold a corn snake :) Hope the lost snake, has been found :D ...if not, I may not go!!!!!!!!!!! hehehehehe
